Great. Need more time and staff capacity to dedicate toward maximizing our Collaborate usage.
Collaborate captures a lot of useful data.
Having to run multiple reports to get data. I’d like to be able to pull 1 report by staff member (or multiple staff members) that tells us the number of clients and services in an identified period. The Collaborate calendar doesn’t integrate with Google.

Overall it is a data base we use for my work, and I was a tester when it first began being used by our agency. There has been some great updates to make it more tailored to our occupation and data collection we use.
It is easy to navigate, and user friendly.
There wasn't anything specific that I liked least about it.

I've been using Collaborate for about 5 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The service has been incredibly helpful in streamlining my work processes. The staff are super responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or issues. Thanks to their support, my team can now stay on task more effectively and meet our deadlines consistently. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their productivity and efficiency!

Collaborate has the capability to connect all CAC's in the state for child abuse cases.
Collaborate was overwhelming with all the functionality but the onboarding training was instrumental in helping navigate throughout the system.

As a state agency, we must provide the most accurate trends to our CAC members, community partners, and national organizations. Through Collaborate we can cross-check services and anticipated usage quickly. Collaborate has been a game changer and the customer service has been great.
It took time for us to process the most important data and consolidate the system.

As a user, it is mostly easy to use. I am not very technical in nature but the support staff is amazing to help me with whatever I need assistance with.
All the client information is stored together making it easy to find.
We serve families and not just individuals and it isn't as easy managing the billing aspects of things since it has to be set up as multiple accounts.

Love how user friendly it is - very intuitive and customizable.
Reports takes a bit of time to get trained and fully understand but once you get it it's very user friendly.

My overall experience with Collaborate has been positive. It has been easy to learn and navigate, the technical support has been responsive, our consultant has been supportive and responsive to questions and/or requests, and the system itself has been very helpful in documenting and collecting data.
I most like and appreciate the ease of use. Collaborate is an easy system to learn and navigate in.
My job entails a lot of reporting. I least like when reports have unnamed boxes. I have learned this is because the data was not input, but it would be helpful if these boxes were marked with something which would indicate that data was not input or missing.

I appreciate the ease of use and the adaptability of the product. You can make it suite your needs even as those needs change.
I dislike siloed the product is in our state. This is more of a network challenge.

We are fans of the system. We have had some challenges, but are happy with the direction!
Designed specifically for Children's Advocacy Centers. Can evolve and develop and progress with us. We appreciate the collaboration to do those.
Only challenges were about the availability of functions and the cost of the functions. Transparency is really important.

Collaborate has allowed for better and consistent documentation and staff have found the system easy to use.
Collaborate has allowed us to become a paperless office! With customized forms, each discipline is able to document their work easily and accurately and sharing and track information is super easy! I love that Collaborate is always coming out with new updates that all users can enjoy. Collaborate staff are also amazing to work with!!
Collaborate reports have great accuracy, however they require Collaborate staff to create reports, since it is not user friendly to create or update reports. It is sometimes difficult to view or read through a client's entire history in the system due to documents being under different case numbers and not having a way to show the client's entire history on one screen.

Despite some major hiccups in the final stages of design and go-live, we have been very pleased with the intelligence and responsiveness. We really enjoy working with our assigned account folks and see them as partners in our ongoing use and development of the system.
Collaborate is highly customizable and is designed from a reporting perspective, meaning the system is built to deliver on reporting requirements from grants and funding sources, as well as to provide meaningful insight. The pre-built reports for VOCA were a key selling point for us, even though VOCA funding is only a portion of our overall program funding mix.
Collaborate is highly customizable, so if you are clear about what you want/need in a system, then designing is a real struggle. The philosophical approach to "case" instead of "client" continues to be challenging for us in training new users who have experience with other systems. The user interface isn't great compared to other turnkey programs (Therapy Notes, for example), but the tradeoff is much more sophisticated design potential.

Collaborate is a quality product. Network Ninja has been responsive to the needs of our network and helped create a state-wide cohesive data set.

Collaborate is a wonderful partner in our work to bring equitable case management abilities to all centers in our state.
This software is a powerful tool through which to manage and track cases and related documents. It captures a vast amount of information, and issues reports on any type of measurements. Most importantly, its customer service and support are top-notch and the best I have experienced in any industry. They are friendly, responsive, and extremely quick to answer any question or resolve any issue.
There is a bit of a learning curve in terms of understanding how to enter cases and run reports. However, Collaborate provides plenty of training and support to assist with this.

Absolutely amazing. From the top down. The staff truly understand their role in helping organizations like the CAC make lifelong impacts in the lives of child and sexual assault survivors.
After learning how to complete the reports that we needed, our organization has been able to create reports to identify the human errors in data entry.
I do not really have one. Seriously I have never asked for something I was not helped with.

It is easy to use since it is web based and can be used at any location. It is easy to extract service and client data for our various needs. We can customize user access by role.
We wish we would could use it to house a schedule of appts and then push out client reminders.

Overall, our experience with Collabroarte has been positive.
We like how we have been able to work with NNJ to collaborate, update, and conform to our state's needs. We have the concierge service which is very helpful and allows us to meet the needs and requests of our users in a timely fashion. The software is user-friendly and once are users start to use it on a regular basis pick it up rather quickly.
It took a while to work out some of the kinks that were caused by migtrating data over to the system. Took a whille to get the VOCA and State Reports to working well for us. The Case Review aspect of the program may need to be worked on to make it better for us.

We as a state have had an overall phenomenal experience with Collaborate.
The system auto-populates, It is customizable to fit each programs needs, it is a cloud based system and it has created a higher accuracy rate in our statewide statistical reporting.
It is very case-sensitive, so it is important that users keep a functional password protected login/password manager.

Overall, I like the program, the customer service and the results we have been receiving for our agency.
I like the ease of the intakes. Once a report is made, it works well.
Pricing for individualized reports being corrected, time to get them up and running. Any specialized work is very expensive and takes a while to receive the results.
