Great tool to engage customers but also fantastic CRM to increase customer interaction with my business.
System is in serious need of a user experience upgrade - badly. It was extremely frustrating to figure out and some of the services required code-knowledge.
We found that NationBuider has with very powerful tools to help drive our success.
Ultimately, between the odd culture and the mess of the social profiles, we ended up switching to a different software.
This was so easy to use. We hired one of their recommended deveopers, they built the website and truly it was flawless.
It's also very, very expensive. The "newsfeed" type feature showing people who subscribed/unsubscribed/interacted in social media was strange and useless.
Customer Service is ALWAYS there to help you. Everything is easy to understand, of course there is a bit of a learning curve, the software is flawless.
Membership tool is poorly designed and makes managing paid membership difficult as a fundraising option within this tool without manual input.

Your platform and system is worth using for all kinds of donations and the excellent enhancements and features you described below will only make it better.
As a developer, I was severely disappointed with the poor developer documentation along with their lack-luster API.
Anedot has a fantastic team. With regular updates on projects and a support staff that is always readily available and helpful, Anedot is remembered and recommended for all the right reasons.
There are other platforms out there, but when you add up all the piece-meal costs, or the loss of time when you have to manually go up to get and/or transfer info, Anedot beats them all.
The ease of use for Anedot is great. The fact that there is no up-front costs and Anedot simply earns a portion of all donations received is great.
The only downside is the bank’s timeframe for processing the deposits and that is not something Anedot can control.
The ease of use and customer service is unsurpassed. Even our low tech people are very pleased with how user friendly it is.
They work hard to rectify problems such as payment chargebacks and donor issues, keeping myself updated on statuses and resolutions.

My overall experience has been excellent, and I have used it for another nonprofit and recommended it to a third who adopted it, and all have been more than satisfied with the product and service.
The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.
It’s great and I like how you are constantly listening to your community and implementing improvements.
There were several member files that had the wrong renewal date but we couldn't change them manually. The system would give us error messages.
We were able to engage and notify our Membership, especially in the era of Covid 19, with such ease it makes it worth the while to have this software available.
The editor is worse than worthless. It is hard to believe that anyone thought this was a good idea.
WildApricot is an excellent solution for managing association memberships and websites.
Their customer support is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any customer service group.
Ease of Use, Intuitive, Intuitive streamlined work flow, Reliable , Flawless updates and Quick updates, Without glitches, Without bugs.
I like the membership fields as they are easy to navigate. It makes my job as secretary easy when I can log on and move about the site easily.

We have been using Donorbox as the donation page for our website since we launched the site. We love the software so much its been such a huge help to us.
I struggled a bit to set up my payment method.
I can’t imagine how we would have raised the funds we have and had the opportunities that have been created for us without DonorBox. It’s without doubt the best donation software for charities.
The boundaries between Donorbox and Stripe weren't clearly defined to me. The fee structure (Stripe and Donorbox) was not very clear in the end - what the rates were and who charged what.
We loved giving donors the ability to login to recurring gift management. It also allows donor to cover processing fees (and they use it if it's there!).
If you are not technologically proficient it can be a little intimidating.
Donorbox was extremely use to use for all of our staff, and was great at enhancing our donation revenue.
The design of the home landing page didn't scream 'quality' to me, but once I signed up I realized I was wrong. This is a very professional group.
The customer service is terrific, the software is easy to use, and the pricing scales as the organization grows.
It is very easy to setup and for our parishioners to use. Donorbox customer service is also awesome.
The interface is elegant and modern, without being too clever. It's easy for us to set up and even easier for our contributors to use.
I appreciate that I can log in easily to check on donor accounts. The setup is user friendly and easy to make changes to.
Donorbox was a great initial software that our non-profit used as we started. It was cheap, straightforward, and easy to integrate with out website.
The reporting is quite robust and provides us detail that QuicksBook cannot. We regularly recommend Donorbox to other nonprofit organizations.

Can't forget Jeff Osness he admitted and took FULL BLAME for not responding to my customer request. Come on now, Where in American History will someone take blame for anothers actions.

This software just rolls through your entire database spreadsheet 1 call after another. It has a GREAT user interface that is maps calls to hang up, pause dialing, next call, etc.

Despite the integration issues this tool is great. I spend much more time speaking with people rather than leaving voicemails.

The Ease of use and the fact that is saves me so much time.
It burns through calls very quickly, and the email and voicemail feature is a huge time saver.
Despite the integration issues this tool is great. I spend much more time speaking with people rather than leaving voicemails.
My overall experience has been really good. PhoneBurner has increased the amount of calls we are able to make leading to more productivity which equals a win win for my sales team.
Can't forget Jeff Osness he admitted and took FULL BLAME for not responding to my customer request. Come on now, Where in American History will someone take blame for anothers actions.

We have been disappointed by the system thus far as we are a MAC/Apple office - the smaller screen and need for Remote Desktop App is cumbersome and frustrating.
The customer support is flawless. These folks really want to ensure the best experience possible.
The missing piece was bookkeeping integration and their event registration didn't have an integrated calendar.
Also, the Thank You letter mass printing option is a big time saver. Coming from Salsa to Trailblazer, I am very happy with the upgraded database and tools, and for a fraction of the price.

However, there's no option available for that. Also, there's no option in the "take action" box to to change the name of "cell phone" to just "phone.

Unfortunately our integration has had problems and it still doesn't have the features we want it to have.

The cons is the limited templates for petitions.
The team is fantastic, especially with our events. Customer service is great as well whenever I have a last- second question.
Integration with our email platform was a little tricky.
I love that it is so easy to use. The buildout for a campaign is smooth and user friendly.

I'd gladly love to contribute my "2 cents. A dear friend introduced me to this awesome communication tool for an online marketing business we worked on together.
That is of course frustrating for both volunteers and for campaign organizers, especially in the high-pressure context of a campaign where every minute of delay can mean one less contact with a voter.
This is very user friendly and very much suitable for mudium and small companies and also customer support is great.
In the middle of a campaign it took more than 20 minutes to connect a call or wouldn't connect at all. The issues persisted enough that we had to abandon using Callhub for our campaign.
Nationbuilder integration is awesome, particularly for SMS and for making calls to recruit volunteers. The development team is very responsive to questions and feature requests, too.
Their front line agents do not have the technical capacity to fix most problems.
Once it has the contacts in it, it is pretty easy to use. And the speed with which it gets the message out is great.
ALL the errors must be published on the blog also.
I liked the ability to have volunteers use the software online, without having to use their personal cel phones, and I LOVED that it showed the campaign phone number on call display.
I like that it is easy to use the site. It is user-friendly, and the customer support is great.

I couldn't be more pleased with Integrated Solutions Political. Every step of they way they've been exceedingly helpful and responsive to my needs.
Only thing I am missing right now from it is an email system, but they told me that will be available 1/1/16.
Overall it has been a great experience and I would recommend the product to any committee that is in need of immediate compliance quick fix.

The customer service is responsive and helpful. ISP itself is easy to use and doesn’t over charge for the access to the platform.
We had to move the bookkeeping to a separate platform which meant double entry and no longer a connection between the FEC reporting and our internal reporting.
My overall experience was amazing and I look forward to utilizing this software in any future political endeavors as well as recommending it to any political teams.

Amazing customer support. Very responsive to concerns and happy to make modifications on the fly to support the development of the app.
It was frustrating that there was no "moved" option- our team had to add this to the notes and manually deal with that data.
Ecanvasser is always extremely responsive and their team is great at what they do.
There were several time we made the map 3D by accident but couldn't figure out how to fix it. The blue diamond for inaccessible, not at home, and call back was confusing when using the app.
I am just starting out but overall I love it. Easy to set up, easy to use.
It was also very frustrating when the houses on the map did not appear in the correct location.
The software is extremely accessible and easy to use. I really admire the quickness of data syncing from cell phones and tablets.
Software compatibility with my iPad. Duplicates and errors in data.
This software is very easy for my clients to learn and easy for me to administrate on the back end. Plus, you can't beat the competitive pricing compared to other industry-leading products.

The interface is unintuitive and slow, the data is often out of date, and repeat processes are tedious, lead to errors, and borderline infuriating.
The cut turf feature is fun and cool and the integration with MiniVan is seamless.
Mini-VAN has trouble with the map function, suddenly all the voters residences often disappear from the map. This happens at least 3 times during a 2 hour canvass.
Overall, it's a good program. With more and more options coming to market, I'm hoping VAN and it's newer competitors work on creating user-friendly, intuitive features.
Customer support blames the state regulatory authority, while offering no solutions or even a timeline for expected solutions. We're approaching the start of the third month of this frustration.
The scope is remarkable, and I really appreciate the work that went into building it.

What I love most about Trail Blazer is the amazing customer service they offer. I call their support staff about once a week for help and they are always incredibly friendly, patient and helpful.
We had lots of lists with emails and phone numbers which meant we had duplicates. However, when we choose to send mass emails the system is able to ignore the duplicates.
Good luck talking to someone at NGP or NationBuilder. By far tech support is the best.
At first, I though the software was intimidating. There is so much to learn.
The tech support was FANTASTIC, they are incredibly responsive and make the product easy to use.
Tasks can get very repetitive and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple campaigns, hundreds of volunteers, and millions of voters.

The price is affordable. Customer Service is prompt and very helpful.

That led to a little confusion and some slight challenges in the 'data dump' from four systems to the one system. Having not done this before, the startup time took much longer than I expected.
I would recommend Argenta to anyone looking for a new software management system. Great Managment team as well.

We are continually impressed by the software overall.
Everything I see if I don't like it - is fixable. A potential con for non-tech people is that this may seem overwhelming with the possibilities.
It is soooo easy to navigate and understand. Every single detail has been thoroughly thought out and allows my organization to function more effectively.
We migrated our entire digital business into one platform and it's been great.
They frequently upgrade the system and release new versions and extend the feature capacity. Platform is easy to use and functions are easy to understand.
The best thing about Argenta is the integration. Every module works together to make data entry and analysis simple.
Our digital landscape was segregated, and in pretty bad shape, the support team has been continual and supportive in helping us clean up and migrate our data into a single place.
We were able to drop other non-integrated platforms and are able to maintain data in a more efficient manner, using one multi-functional and dynamic system.
It was cumbersome to say the least. Argenta has made our processes more efficient and our data sharing simpler and much cleaner.

It has grown over two years from a solid software that I won my election on to something that is rock solid and will power my campaign for re-election.
Prone to odd glitching with a few minor things early on. Problems have been addressed though.
The personal touch of their staff was impressive. No matter the issue you time of day they were eager to help.
D use this app on every race if I could. Sometimes we end up working on campaigns with lesser valued walk apps, because some consultants have deals with their buddy’s app, and it hurts production.

I like how CampaignSidekick allows for small, grassroots campaigns to easily engage with voters.
Managing a central committee for a large county, we were looking for an application that was affordable and easy to use.
It has grown over two years from a solid software that I won my election on to something that is rock solid and will power my campaign for re-election.
Prone to odd glitching with a few minor things early on. Problems have been addressed though.
The personal touch of their staff was impressive. No matter the issue you time of day they were eager to help.
D use this app on every race if I could. Sometimes we end up working on campaigns with lesser valued walk apps, because some consultants have deals with their buddy’s app, and it hurts production.
Ease of use is big for me. I like an app that is easy to use on the back end, with customer support that is willing to listen to any issue I have and work with me to solve it.
Occasionally things are broken from time to time but the response is typically fast to fix.
I hope everyone that uses Campaign Sidekick has as good of an experience as we and our candidates have had and will continue to have.
Also, if two voters were in the same house, it wasn't easy to register the house as surveyed. It would mark one of the voters off the lis, but leave the house as unsurveyed.
The map view is really quite intuitive and great to use. The survey function to track information you collect is also wonderful.
I love how affordable the price is and how the UI is really intuitive.

Excellent event registration and membership management at a price that can't be equaled. Best of all, it works in and with our client's websites.
It was hard to upgrade if too many releases went by since you were supposed to do one at a time. I almost had a database disaster during one of the updates and lost a couple days to recover the data.
I loved how expansive the system was. I liked that I could use it as both a record of donors and donations etc. and as a way to process and track payments/money received.
It's built on soon-to-be deprecated software, so investing in its deployment might be a little risky.
The community is fairly responsive and keeps an active release cycle as well as an extension community which build meaningful extensions to functionality.

I love the simple, logical and easy-to-use interface for both admins and users. I also enjoy the help from team whenever necessary.
The biggest disadvantage was that it is not possible for clients or admins to chat directly with volunteers inside the app.
The best of all is customer service. Very fast reaction and also listening customers and improving constantly if to ask some new features or option that are relevant also for other customers.
Additionally, we sensed a lack of an overview of users' activity levels (had to check every user one by one).
The customer service was always eager to help and answered our questions quickly. It is relatively easy to customize the customer journey and adjust different settings.
It is way more motivating for them to pick their task than just getting asigned - so we also adjusted our workflow, for the better.
It’s easy to use and the customer service is amazing.
It helped us a lot reducing the planning overhead and improved the reliability of the volunteers.
Its ease of use and the simplicity of the app.
I am very pleased with Zelos. It has helped to manage hundreds of volunteers in times of urgent need.
Some of our team members also use it on their computer.I also appreciate the flexibility of creating chatrooms for different groups, topics and even specific shifts.

It has all the great features that I want. CPC is low, not as costly as other rivals, easy to use, are some features which make it amazing.
The support here in Brazil was confusing, this delayed the beginning of the campaign and displeased the company.
This is a big advantage compared to other platforms. Also, whenever we experienced any kind of difficulty with our campaigns, the customer team worked very fast and provided excellent solutions.
Very bad they faked clicks, double charged me and are providing no customer service.
I think Native Advertising is the future and i am happy working with such a big player like Outbrain and to be honest, i am enjoying their great customer support.
We wasted alot of clicks and impressions on low quality websites as we are limited to how many we can actually exclude. This actually caused us to cancel alot of campaigns with Outbrain.
It's a great way to reach the best audience at the right time. Outbrain bring us the best ROI we ever seen from other PPC platforms.
No pacing of campaign shown (will it spend full budget using current bid?). No preview of the ads and no mockup for screenshots possible.
