I recently sent a newsletter out to our entire client list, I learned that the system does NOT remove duplicate email addresses, and will send the same email to the same address, say for a husband & spouse that use the same email address. And when you are charged for each email, this is really unfortunate - as we don't NEED it to go to the same one twice!

Such as when creating ne services , there should be a step by step to ensure everything is "turned on " like staff member to complete the service , are there forms to go along with this service , commission paid , will this service be available for online boking , etc .

What I liked least is the structure of the online booking system. When a campaign includes a service that requires a deposit, it prompts all patients to enter their card information even if they are not selecting that particular service with the deposit requirement.

I also wish the platform had stronger built in texting and automation capabilities similar to Zenoti, particularly for real-time communication, marketing automation, and client engagement workflows.

Their service team has been incredible to work with during integrations, customization of forms, workflow enhancements, and operational improvements.

It has helped streamline our daily operations by keeping scheduling, client records, consents, and memberships all in one place.

Like any software, there are opportunities for continued improvement, particularly around reporting, workflow customization, referral tracking, and automation.

As someone who works closely with patient communication and clinic flow, having this information readily available allows me to provide a more efficient and personalized experience.
