Pros
I love AL Advantage for it's thoroughness in providing a sound software dedicated to seniors. The narrative charting is very helpful and the internal reports that generate into a state report.
I like the simplicity of this software, organization of the reports and the ability to instruct care givers on the amount of care that each individual resident, requires using the resident summary.
I have personally used AL Advantage in three properties (different companies) and it's just absolutely wonderful and user friendly. Its a great tool for our staff.
Cons
When I tab to another section, I have to click twice and sometimes I am unaware that it is not imputing my information until I have typed for several seconds.
As nurses we are not able to type into a careplan and override the dropdown options. This is frustrating when we need to personalize careplans per our state regulations.
Layout of the incident reports when looking at a specified time frame. Not easily read with the way it is broken down.
