Patient Flow by TeleTracking is a cloud-based patient management solution, which helps small to large hospitals manage admission and discharge processes for patients. Key features include delay tracking, dispatching, workflow automation, role-based access, wait time tracking, and bed management.

The application comes with a capacity management module, which lets staff members automate patient placement as per the current occupancy across other departments, and check equipment usage. Its patient tracking portal allows nurses to monitor a patient's health and plan treatments based on various parameters such as core measures, fall risk, isolation precautions, and dietary restrictions. Administrators can monitor staff job statuses and operating room utilization in real time in order to manage operations.

Patient Flow helps clients schedule appointments and enables community managers to collect surveys and send text message reminders for upcoming visits. Plus, its mobile application helps team members maintain records of assigned beds, track patient outgoing times as well as receive notifications for prioritizing bed allocation during emergencies.
