What is CGM webPRACTICE?

CGM webPRACTICE is a practice management software, which provides tools to help healthcare facilities manage patient appointments and streamline numerous financial and administrative processes such as code scrubbing, insurance eligibility verification, document management, and more. Features include scheduling, claim management, reminders, KPI tracking, superbill inquiry, and mobile charge capture.

The application enables hospitals to track a patient’s check-in/out and review information about billing, case, insurance policy, and transaction history. It allows new patients to register for services with name, email address, date of birth, social security number, preferred doctor, insurance policy number, and other details. Patients can also use CGM Practice Portal to make appointment inquiries and submit requests for referrals to different insurance providers. CGM webPRACTICE lets health centers monitor daily appointments, schedule visits using a built-in calendar, and display the eligibility status of the patient’s policy through colored indicators. Staff members can also create, edit, and maintain doctor’s schedules, block/unblock time slots, and make reservations for specific visits, physicians, or locations.

Patients can also receive alerts about upcoming appointments, cancel or reschedule visits, and view pending payments and account history. Using the messaging center feature, patients can receive notifications from the clinic, communicate with the staff by replying to messages, and review all previously sent ones.
