Love the calendar feature where it syncs with my Google calendar. Love the reminders for client appointments and how they can manage their own appointments.
I have struggled most with billing—getting cards to not charge for missed appointments. Reminders have occasionally caught me off guard—either they went out too many times or not enough.
I like the fact that we no longer have to have paper files, ease of use overall and some of the features like appointment reminders, the ability to create and add your own documents.
This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.
This software is richly featured. I've appreciated the ability to create very sophisticated custom online intake forms, and and the autopay enrollment for automated batch credit card billings.
My main complaint is that I have had trouble getting someone on the phone when I have an issue. They do tend to respond by email quickly but sometimes I would prefer a phone conversation.
I am appreciate of the customer service that is prompt with response. The software has amazing training videos that assists with new users like myself.
The prompts for setup were a bit confusing and I'm having trouble getting back to some sections that I worked on previously.

I really like the batch printing is nice to use for patients that I have to send weekly progress notes to insurance companies. Customer service support is very helpful when we need them.
You have to basically create 3 separate notes when performing a more exhaustive evaluation instead of it all being on one form. Does add time and burden to documentation.
This is a great program, very user friendly (works like any Windows-based program with similar menus and functions) and well worth the cost. I highly recommend you consider it.
The only times that it's bad, is when the internet is slow, which is usually during lunch. But after or before you do get your response.
The team at Optima is always pleasant and willingly to assist to address our needs. It's ability to integrate with our partners is an added plus and important feature.
The scheduler has a "twitch" on one facility location. The screen bounces up and down until you widen the screen and then it stops.
The built-in coding algorithm, combined with improved documentation, has allowed for an improvement in revenue. I like the fact that the wizards and templates are fully customizable and editable.
The adjustments of payment sometimes can be confusing.
That is truly appreciated from a manager stand point. Our therapy staff here a very pleased with this EMR.

I am overall very pleased with Noteable. I am very happy with the support that we are provided when there is an issue.
The only thing I find unfavorable is the inability to change some of the predetermined fields that our company does not utilize.
There are so many built in features that ensure you, as a practitioner, have an easy job in managing and ensuring quality care.
There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site.
This system is super user friendly. My direct contact is always very helpful when I need things changed or updated, which has helped with implementation significantly.
Initially, notable was just another terrible ABA software that was hard to understand.
I love how creative I can be when planning treatment for my clients, whether it's managing behaviors or creating thorough and precise treatment objectives.
Not being able to pull a report on our pay (or how they compute or pay based on work submissions in noteable.). I do not like the word count.
From discovery to implementation, above all the things I appreciate about this platform the customer service and support is like none-other.

Wonderful experience, super helpful and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend this product.
The calendar view does not work well for us and the list view is even worse. An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.
Love the versatility, easy to send forms, patient side is clean and easy to use, really like the signature option, HIPPA compliance feature is great.
Occasionally it will give users feedback that the form is incomplete and can be confusing for them. Sometimes the email goes to their spam and they miss the email and we need to remind them.
My clients like the opportunity to complete the forms in the comfort of their home and have it done when they come into my academy. The customer service is outstanding, especially Mike.
I don't like that there is No spellcheck feature. Another problem I found that it is too easy to delete a form accidentally.
It appears to be a perfect balance of user friendliness with complex features. I have an outpatient practice where it is important to get guardian signatures.
I haven't encountered any problems so far. The worst thing might be learning how to construct forms because it is a bit overwhelming.
I love how easy it is to make my own forms and templates. I love the affordable price as well.
Every practice, no matter the size, NEEDS a service like this and IntakeQ does it the best at the best price.

I also love the graphs that instantly show patient's progress. Fusion has been a great asset to my practice.
It was a disaster and we only had a few claims that were effected. My feeling is Fusion is suffering from an inflated ego and or a lack of quality people.
Great customer care and training from day one. The video tutorials are some of the best I have come across and provide great training to learn the software.
There are some minor little glitches that bother me. I don't like that it requires you to put in am and pm for the appointment times.
Excellent Product from all aspects - from ease of use to friendly and helpful customer service.

In all seriousness, I have not looked back since implementing Fusion for my practice needs. It is a TIMESAVER, it is efficient, it is well thought out, it is FANTASTIC.
The program is wonderful and assists therapists in creating efficient and timely documentation. Our company has been using Fusion Web Clinic for almost 2 years now.
I highly recommend this program. They have gotten everything right from price, scheduling, documenting, report writing, personalizing, and the sense of humor every time you log in.

This software was easy to get started on...very user friendly and great customer support.
In all seriousness, I have not looked back since implementing Fusion for my practice needs. It is a TIMESAVER, it is efficient, it is well thought out, it is FANTASTIC.

I highly recommend this program. They have gotten everything right from price, scheduling, documenting, report writing, personalizing, and the sense of humor every time you log in.
I love the calendar feature which allows you to put in each appointment and then once you check in, the automatic note it creates to hep with billing.
Fusion truly is a necessary tool in our office for both administration purposes and for our therapists and it is worth every penny.
I also love the graphs that instantly show patient's progress. Fusion has been a great asset to my practice.
It was a disaster and we only had a few claims that were effected. My feeling is Fusion is suffering from an inflated ego and or a lack of quality people.
Great customer care and training from day one. The video tutorials are some of the best I have come across and provide great training to learn the software.
There are some minor little glitches that bother me. I don't like that it requires you to put in am and pm for the appointment times.
Excellent Product from all aspects - from ease of use to friendly and helpful customer service.
I have used other programs in the past and got no where with them.
I enjoy that Fusion is pediatric software. I enjoy the ability to complete all my documentation and billing in one space.
We are new to this software. Therefore, it is difficult to state.
Progress notes are simple with all of the data at hand. Easy to view the progress of clients for both myself as the therapist and parents/doctors.
With Fusion Web Clinic, I not only found all of these to be available, but what I didn't expect was the OUTSTANDING customer service.
Any time we have a question they answer very quickly. They are extremely friendly and have excellent follow through to make sure our needs for documenting are met.
System is very intuitive, with great on-line Help and Customer Support. They have helped me navigate some non-standard situations.

It is easy to navigate and has a great user interface. I like that you can search within each module and I love that the Help section's different guides are very comprehensive as well.
I needed to call my supervisor several times to find out what I was doing wrong.
Love using timesheets and my favorite is converting sessions. Easy to use, self explanatory and very reliable.
Sometimes it’s limiting and errors are not quickly fixed.
Great company putting their best effort into creating a super powerful software. Wonderful people, and software has all the functionality for most firms, just not for larger platform firms like us.
But it registers 30 minues. I wasted a lot of time figuring that out.
As a busy psychologist I appreciate the ease of completing my notes in central reach. I appreciate the flexibility to create my own forms for different clinical notes, letters, and etc.
Very difficult to learn. We had to hire a single individual, just to learn and understand the software.
Our experience has been wonderful. We have been with CentralReach for over 5 years.
I find Central Reach to be a useful tool in communicating and tracking progress with my clients. My supervisor and I both find it easy to navigate and adjust when needed.
I really appreciate the ease of use and the ability to easily navigate through different pages.
Central Reach customer service team is great. They respond within 24 hours and always have great recommendations.
I love that Central Reach has an emphasis on ABA providers and is constantly updating and developing to find technology solutions to a whole wide range of challenges as they arise in our industry.
The costumer service when I didn’t understand how to interact with the software was amazing. The lessons reinforced what they taught and provided quizzes so I really got the material.
Central Reach is a great software it tracks mileage, drive time, and it's easy to use in the field. The cost for the software was a reasonable price.

Easy to navigate and logical to use. AMAZING customer service - prompt ( despite the 10 hour time difference ), friendly and have always managed to explain any issues I may be having.
Cannot attach a PDF to an email. Cannot easily see in the diary which patients have cancelled their appointment.

As of now the issue is resolved ' - the biggest, irresponsible lie.
The feature I like most is when booking an appointment of the patients and processing payments. Just few clicks and good to go.
Overall Cliniko was a good program with a lot of great features.
It really makes my life easier and manageable in timings when we are talking about booking of clients. I love how the system works easier even for the beginner, because it is very easy to understand.
