What is EHRZip?
EHRZip is an electronic medical records management solution designed for doctors & other health care professionals operating in small to midsize businesses. The cloud-based platform enables practitioners to manage patient information as well as staff enrollment, schedule appointments, and quickly prepare notes & prescriptions for staff during their consultations with patients.
Key features of EHRZip include charting, compliance tracking, appointment scheduling, SOAP notes preparation, patient documentation and a self-service portal. The cloud-based solution allows staff to upload documents and route them through custom pipelines for doctors to review before, during, and after patient visits. Additionally, it provides a separate chart review section for clinics to collate pending SOAP notes and documents for review and to be signed by authorities.
EHRZip allows practitioners to manage and stay updated on patient visits through a reminder section displaying events in chronological order. It also allows users to handle and capture prescriptions, laboratory orders and reports, imaging, physician orders, and patient complaints.
