Pros
I am so happy and satisfied with this software. It is very user friendly.
The feature I like most is when booking an appointment of the patients and processing payments. Just few clicks and good to go.
Overall Cliniko was a good program with a lot of great features.
Cons
Cannot attach a PDF to an email. Cannot easily see in the diary which patients have cancelled their appointment.
As of now the issue is resolved ' - the biggest, irresponsible lie.

Best Software for Managing your Clinic

I truly love this software manager, I can easily see at what location each staff are working in and have access to so much. The reminders are great, the appointment scheduler is easy to use. Very user friendly. Archived patients are still accessible and software has been very reliable. A high recommendation for this one if you are in the market for a clinic management software.

Pros

Easy to navigate in, I like the staff dashboard - great way for staff to stay in touch (a question or even wishing someone a happy birthday) it creates decent reports for my marketing in regards to referral sources

Cons

I wish there was more in depth reporting options or trends notifyer

Great Company. Great Customer Service. Great Product

I loved Cliniko when we first adopted it and I love Cliniko even more now. The simplicity of operation and the ethos of the company leave their competitors behind. In the last 6 months they’ve brought lots of new and really useful features to the system at no extra cost. Our team members are happy, our patients are happy and I’m happy.

Pros

Cliniko is very easy to set up and use. I didn’t realise just how easy until I tried a couple of their competitors. I’d been unhappy about one main issue regarding time slots. This led me to look at alternatives and I realised I had to stick with Cliniko. The system is so simple to use in comparison to other systems (a couple of the others made my head spin). One can install Cliniko and be using it...

Cons

We still have a time slot issue, but the company is helping us with it. I’ve realised that compared to the multiple issues I found with comparable systems, this is not such a big deal.

Pros

i used to like the online booking but the software has glitches that make it unreliable - an unforgivable point for reliable business

Cons

emails are sent by the platform and a feedback is given to the user that the email was sentbut it turns out that some are never sent and the use is NOT NOTIFIED .. so one could not really trust this software unless they verify that communications are indeed sent (which is a waited of time)then the team will say 'As of now the issue is resolved' ... but the problem is still going on basically, you can not really trust the software nor the support

Clean and Economic (Clin-iko)

My overall experience with Cliniko is that it's very easy to use. Even our therapists are saying that they have freedom because they can also control their schedule, whenever,wherever.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It's not very hard to understand. When I started, on my very first day, I already know how the scheduling works.

Cons

When exporting data from Cliniko, I hope there's a way that it's automated without requesting help from the Product Support
