This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.

The calendar view does not work well for us and the list view is even worse. An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.
Love the versatility, easy to send forms, patient side is clean and easy to use, really like the signature option, HIPPA compliance feature is great.
Occasionally it will give users feedback that the form is incomplete and can be confusing for them. Sometimes the email goes to their spam and they miss the email and we need to remind them.
My clients like the opportunity to complete the forms in the comfort of their home and have it done when they come into my academy. The customer service is outstanding, especially Mike.
I don't like that there is No spellcheck feature. Another problem I found that it is too easy to delete a form accidentally.
It appears to be a perfect balance of user friendliness with complex features. I have an outpatient practice where it is important to get guardian signatures.
I haven't encountered any problems so far. The worst thing might be learning how to construct forms because it is a bit overwhelming.

We are so happy with NueMD. Their Fantastic Training is KEY to efficiently using it's attributes.
Incorrect billing charges and incorrect EHR charges multiple months that I had to correct them on.
The ability to utilize tech support at the click of a button is a great function. This is hands down the most user friendly software I have seen.

We have used MCP for ten years and have been very happy with the program. MCP is very user friendly and has fantastic customer support, always available for any and all questions.
Occasionally, I will enter the pay now in error, or make an error between therapists. I am not always able to go back into the system and remove the transaction, after the fact.
I love that you can copy and paste your previous note so it saves some time on your documentation. I also love that you can bill electronically through the system- easy, simply, amazing.
I had initially experienced frustration with the service, but due to my accidentally signing with another service, thinking it was this service.

Very user friendly system with lots of shortcuts to help make duplicate tasks much more streamlined. I have the GP database pre-loaded on so I don't have to manually type each GP name and address.
I love the fact that this is cloud based and so you can access it from anywhere and don't have to worry about backing up, etc.
I like that it is customizable. The support team has adapted the system to my needs and I can even make changes myself.
It is also very reasonably priced and yet it is very powerful software that is always adding features and listening to their users' feedback with regard to what new features to add.
I have to say their customer support is second to none as well.

It was very hard during payment posting to keep having to use the tab key.

Ehr 24/7 is generally great has it has enabled wide coverage. It is easy to use and integrates nicely.
Anything we have an issue with the customer service is happy to teach us, and if its complicated or necessary we can schedule training for employees and staff on different aspects of the service.
The way that the system is set up is very intuitive. Information is easy to find and sharing access with the company I work with is seamless.

EHR offers the provider the ability to chart patients visits, bill out visits, track vitals and other important aspects of the patient.
EHR integrates with Office Ally's Practice Management software for ease of billing.

We enjoy being able to be power users and manage all of our employees and easily assist them when they are in need of help. We like being able to be mobil in the commumity while using pimsy portal.

I really like how you "click boxes" when charting but then your progress note comes out with a well-written narrative, assessment tools are integrated, has a very nice workflow.
There are places where you can get stuck and can't move. For example, creating a patient chart that does not have all the required information gives you an error message.
