Chart notes were fantastic, digital paperwork was great. But fell short in a few of the areas we needed.

I would pay twice what they charge for what they provide me both on the clinical documentation and compliance side and the financial tracking side.

Overall this is all you need in an EHR software, higher priced but you also get what you pay for here.

scheduling treatment plans are alot easier.

There are no real detrimental flaws to the system.

From day one, they held our hand and did not let go for 6 months, as they moved us through the stages of learning, implementation and operation; they did not let go until we were super comfortable and confident with its use.

Couldn't ask for a better [sensitive content hidden] and someone who jumps on and helps whenever needed.

Overall I am happy with the system and how much more efficient it has made our office from the front, to billing and to the doctor doing his notes.

Not as visually appealing as you hope for the price.
