GeroPro is a modular long-term care (LTC) solution which integrates financial, clinical, and management applications to meet the needs of LTC facilities. The software is designed to manage resident charting, care planning, patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, billing administration, reporting, and more.

GeroPro’s clinical modules cover electronic health records (EHR), patient assessments, admissions, discharges, and transfers, physician orders, medication administration records (MAR), care logging, time tracking, and document management. The nurse tracker enables the tracking of time spent by nurses with each patient for resident care and nurse performance monitoring, while the CarePro module generates reports from which billing is processed and caregiver payments are calculated.

The financial modules of GeroPro include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, billing, claims management, and more. To manage their facility, GeroPro provides users with dashboards displaying facility operations, a compliance management system, and employee document management tools. The admin module allows users to create and manage users, and control access permissions for specific modules. Users can also view logs of daily actions for each login to monitor for abnormal activity.
