A lackadaisical approach does not work in this case, since it is revenue and that runs the agencies business and pays the HHAeXchange bill....and their salary.

Someone needs to explain to support that if an agency has billing problems, then this ticket takes priority and needs to be addressed or escalated.

Agents do not read the entire ticket to understand the issue.

Many bugs, whether it has to do with overnight clock in issues, alternate shift issues, report issues, no matter what your issue, if you call customer support, you will get a ticket number and that will be the end of it.

Schedules we have to make it day by day in the calendar, has not the facility of fill the calendar month instantly same to delete few days from calendar, have to be one by one.
