What is nTreatment?

nTreatment is a cloud-based EHR and practice management solution that assists psychiatrists and therapists with appointment scheduling and billing. Key features include payment processing, document management, chart generation, and electronic prescription management.

The nTreatment platform enables administrators to schedule single or recurring appointments and send automatic emails, as well as text reminders, to patients. The patient portal allows teams to send documents and invoices to patients via mobile devices. Users can store and manage PDF documents, lab reports, and test results, as well as insurance data including electronic remittance advice (ERA) and explanation of benefits (EOB). Plus, the billing module records transactions, statements, and income summaries for future reference.

nTreatment facilitates mobile access, which enables practitioners to view patient charts, add notes, and send prescriptions on-the-go. Team members can automate data collection from Quest Diagnostics to generate charts, through native integration. The PCI-compliant solution facilitates secure data storage and credit credit card processing.
