What is PatientClick Suite?

PatientClick is an integrated EMR/EHR, telemedicine, practice management, patient engagement, and billing solution for medical clinics and practitioners across a range of specialties, including internal medicine, neurology, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, physical therapy, psychiatry, OB/GYN and long-term care. Native patient and clinician mobile apps for iOS and Android enable video-based telemedicine, scheduling, note updates, document viewing, and more from anywhere.

PatientClick can be customized with unlimited forms, encounter note templates, reports, and more. The electronic health record (EHR) system allows users to manage physician schedules, clinical documents, progress notes, electronic prescriptions, lab test ordering, meaningful use monitoring, and health data exchange. Billing can be automated with single and batch eligibility checks, claim submission automation, statement generation, and patient communications.

PatientClick’s telemedicine solution enables secure real-time, two-way communication between patients and practitioners to carry out virtual appointments. HD-quality audio and video is supported across all device types and web browsers, and built-in live chat can also be offered to patients.
