I have also experienced multiple syncing issues where my data duplicated three or four times, which is frustrating and raises concerns about accuracy.

Sometimes the website won’t allow you to move programs from baseline to teaching, which can delay collecting accurate data.

Overall a good program for behavioral health data collection, with intuitive interfaces across different types of users such as therapists, supervisors, or parents.

In addition, I like how the duration is very accurate when taking data and how the notes section is very helpful during my sessions.

From an administrative standpoint, Rethink provides a strong foundation for managing documentation and staff workflows.

It's better than using paper and excel spreadsheets for everything like we used to, as well as being able to change schedules easily

I also have trouble viewing probe targets and mileage information for driving between clients within the app.

It makes clear indications what sessions are scheduled or cancelled, and makes billing a clearly communicated detail.

I like that we can see other staff’s calendars, when appropriate, as we can help to enter their schedules.

It appears the system at times will overload if being used at similar times to other providers within the network slowing down other services.
