Pros

Their dedication and commitment to ensuring we could seamlessly navigate their system were truly remarkable.
I've had only excellent experiences with Theralytics. The customer service and tech support are outstanding and incredibly responsive.
The data collection program is simple, clean and user friendly. We are so impressed with the billing department and attribute our successful first months to Theralytics.

Pros

This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.
Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.
Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.

Cons

An entire years' worth of claims denied as duplicates because the system is incapable of correctly bundling alike sessions (no warning of this at all from Theralytics).
There is limited options for affordably personalizing the software.
At times parents have a difficult time navigating the software and need assistance.

Cons

Inaccurate data representation, EXTREMELY SLOW TO LOAD ANYTHING, the schedule is difficult to view... much worse than ABA Schedules. It is difficult to customize programs.
There sometimes is a lag from when I input data to when I can see graphs but that is limited.
None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.
