Pros

Customer service has been the best in town, everyone is responsive and helpful, including those in the management positions and higher ups.
Everything has been exceptional, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From service to product quality, every aspect has exceeded my expectations, making my experience truly outstanding.
They are super responsive to requests for help or errors that may occur. I can see them striving to improve the product to make it even better.

Pros

This means we have not only consistent, but quality communication with a team dedicated to improvement.
Overall, ReThink has been amazing. The Customer service responds within hours to any concern, and consistently seeks feedback on how they can make their already amazing software better.
Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.

Cons

So far I have not been able to find something I dislike.
The location drop down doesn't always populate the addresses for the appt you added, so sometimes, I have to manually enter these, even though I just did on the clinical appt.
They are missing some features but they are always building.

Cons

Inaccurate data representation, EXTREMELY SLOW TO LOAD ANYTHING, the schedule is difficult to view... much worse than ABA Schedules. It is difficult to customize programs.
There sometimes is a lag from when I input data to when I can see graphs but that is limited.
None of the staff seem inconvenienced by my ongoing questions or mistakes. This is my first business and getting started couldn't have been easier.
