SystemOne overview

What is SystemOne?

SystemOne by QS/1 is a business management solution designed for use by businesses and pharmacies involved in both the sale and rental of home medical equipment (HME) or durable medical equipment (DME). The modular system includes tools for inventory management, claim entry and processing, and records management, with users able to select from a number of optional modules including reporting and data export, document imaging and storage, accounts receivable, IVR (interactive voice response) system integration, POS (point of sale) integration, purchase order management, shipping, and more.

SystemOne automatically uses entered data throughout the software, removing the need for users to enter duplicated doctor, patient, item, or carrier data. Individual entries can be used to update both inventory and accounts receivable, and create claims. Before submission, all claims are automatically checked for any missing or invalid data, and users are notified of any errors. Claims can be submitted electronically to Medicare, Medical, 40 state Medicaids, and commercial carriers.

SystemOne allows users to track and manage inventory levels across up to 10 different locations, and set minimum and maximum inventory thresholds to define when orders are required, and their size. Multiple pricing options are available, including discount, retail, carrier-allowable, and contract pricing. Items can be searched by their code, description, procedure/HCPC codes, manufacturer, serial number, location, and more. For serialized items, users can schedule maintenance and track repairs, including costs for both parts and labor.
