Basic functions of password resets or unlocking accounts should be basic, entry level skills that can be fixed.   If not, then why does your customer support even exist?

I Love Tebra, as I daily download ERA's from here and post them in our software, this give easy access to day-to-day ERA's and show in categorical wise and provides reviewed and Un reviewed ERA's.

Our organization experienced ongoing workflow instability, lagging systems, unreliable reporting between EHR and billing functions, and repeated communication and support failures.

The reports do not run like I would like them to.   When you have to give someone a list of charges and payments for their HSA card information the patient does not understand what it says.   When I run statements...

I also love the API access as well, enabling us to extract and drill down on data and build customized reports.

Additionally, the patient record system for processing payments needs improvement to facilitate easier payment collection. Since we are already being charged for the system and other fees, I don't understand why there are additional charges for collecting payments.

I would prefer to be able to get rid of the Practice Fusion integration, but Tebra does not have diagnosis choices with explanations for the ICD 10 in the encounter screen.

Calendar appointments are often inaccurate, and the mobile app does not sync reliably, which means appointments frequently do not appear in the app.

There isn't a way to create minor portal access for parents, so since I see whole families, parents are having to create a new email account for each child.

You can't sync your patient schedule to your personal schedule, and the mobile app and the web app schedules don't sync.

We also experienced significant operational strain related to platform reliability, account management, and post-transition communication.

I would rather hand write CMS 1500 forms with a quill pen and by candlelight then use your customer support.
