“Lack of reporting, lack of claims submission, had no ability of bill secondary claims, transfer of information from clearinghouse is lacking, posting of ERA's was constantly mismatched, tech support was very unhelpful, lacked ability to edit claims, no means to extract data in anything other than pdf or ext. file, posting of eob's meant hunting through all claims for one payer, absolutely no auditing capabilities, no ability to set up work queue in system, patient portal was difficult to use, no note take capabilities, unable to see claim history or changes, data from clearinghouse not pulled in order or timely manner.”
