Clinical summary documents is the standard format for transmitting patient data and this common data set allows users to import patient data such as medications, allergies, and any diagnosis from another provider right into ThinkHealth. Clinical decision support interventions allows a center to define decision aids, such as med to med ad med to allergy rules, and online resources that can be made available while entering a patient’s information to help clinicians. It is also integrated with HIE network, so for the states that are required to use the system or for others who just use it, it is available.
