From a visual reservation calendar, teams can manage bookings, room availability, rates, guest information, and day-to-day property operations. The built-in Channel Manager keeps inventory synchronized across 50+ booking channels, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, and other major OTAs, helping reduce manual updates and lower the risk of double bookings.

1Day also includes a Direct Booking Engine that allows properties to accept reservations through their own website. Guests pay the property directly, while OTA and direct-booking availability are managed alongside each other in the same system.

Reporting and analytics provide visibility into occupancy, room revenue, booking sources, payments, and other property-performance metrics.
