Eatcard overview

What is Eatcard?

Eatcard is an all-in-one hospitality technology platform that brings ordering, payments, reservations, kitchen operations, and reporting together in a single connected system. Built for restaurants, cafés, and fast-service venues, Eatcard replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most operators rely on, removing the cost, complexity, and errors that come from stitching multiple systems together. Today, more than 200 hospitality businesses run their daily operations on Eatcard.

At the centre of the platform is a cloud-based restaurant POS that keeps every channel in sync in real time. From the point of sale, orders flow automatically to the kitchen, payments reconcile in one place, and performance data updates instantly, giving operators a single source of truth for the entire venue.

Eatcard's ordering suite is designed to handle peak-hour pressure without adding staff. QR code ordering lets guests order and pay directly from the table across multiple phones at once, all synced live. Self-service kiosks speed up walk-in service and consistently lift average order value, while Eatcard Waiter equips staff with handheld POS devices to take and update orders tableside, reducing trips to the register and cutting mistakes.

Behind the scenes, the Kitchen Display System routes every order to the right preparation station at the right moment, keeping the kitchen organised during the busiest shifts. The reservation system syncs bookings automatically with the floor plan, so front-of-house always knows what is coming in. For off-premise revenue, a branded takeaway webshop and third-party delivery integrations (including platforms such as Uber Eats & Thuisbezorgd) consolidate every order onto one screen and into one kitchen flow.

Eatcard also includes the tools operators need to grow guest lifetime value: a moolaah-powered loyalty program, digital gift cards, digital menu displays, and an AI-driven order status screen. Real-time insights tie it all together, letting owners track revenue, orders, and channel performance from anywhere and make decisions based on live data rather than guesswork.

The platform is purpose-built for high-volume and specialist formats, with dedicated configurations for all-you-can-eat, Korean BBQ, hotpot, malatang, bubble tea, snackbars, ice cream parlours, cafés, and fine dining. Hardware, software, payments, and onboarding support are delivered together, so venues can go live quickly without technical expertise.

The result is a simpler operation: less time spent managing systems, faster and more accurate service, and more time focused on guests. With transparent, scalable pricing and one connected platform, Eatcard helps hospitality businesses cut overhead, increase turnover, and deliver a better guest experience from the first reservation to the final payment
