THe calendar function on my phone never worked correctly, i was not able to manage bookings in their app, i never recieved push notifications to let me know there was new activity, you will have to manually handle collecting payments yourself.  

There are so many technical issues/faults with nightly rates and bookings. When you message them they don't give straight answers, and you are then left to clean up the mess ie double bookings, incorrect rates showing.

What has been amazing for me is the owners portal were they can access their calendar, view reservations and block dates for personal use, this has given my company a great transparency view from their perspective.

A few features are missing or limited for traditional hotel workflows—for example, you can’t easily hold back door codes for guests who haven’t submitted a credit card, and there’s no way to send an itemized line-item invoice; it has to go out as the full reservation balance.

Pricing, booking management, rental management, team tools, and optional room-operations features all work as advertised and give us everything we need in one place.

While it may take some time to learn and configure properly, once set up it becomes a reliable platform for managing reservations, guest communication, pricing integrations, and multi-channel distribution.

The main drawback I’ve experienced is the amount of time it took to resolve a group billing issue—over three weeks. While the support team was polite and eventually resolved the problem, the delay impacted our workflow and created challenges for managing a time-sensitive reservation.
