Hotel Channel Manager is a hotel room rate synchronization tool. It connects to hundreds of online travel agencies (OTAs) to synch consistent hotel information, room availability, and rental rates. The system supports customizable tariffs and facilitates universal updates for all OTAs. Individual configurations are also possible. Specific quotas and prices can be set up for each channel. Two-way synchronization makes it possible to automatically populate bookings and availability on multiple channels without the need for manual updates.
Users can add additional hotel policies and room details, such as pricing strategies or cancellation policies. The maximum and minimum permitted duration and restricted booking periods can also be sent to OTAs in bulk or individually. Users can access the cloud-based Hotel Channel Manager dashboard with any internet-connected device from any location. All data is fully secured to ensure GDPR compliance.
