Sometimes hard to see if changes have affected something you might not have wanted to. That you have to add a set rate for an extra person, instead of a percentage. That you have to put a default rate and this is sometimes live without my knowledge eg, if I haven't allocated rates past a certain date on our PMS, I wouldn't realise until someone makes a reservation.

MEWS doesn’t receive rate updates from SiteMinder, so the integration isn’t truly two-way.

Waiting time for the live chat needs to be decreased by hiring more agents and faster responses and actions.

The fact that I can efficiently manage over 900 rooms across my 7 hotels through one platform is a testament to its power.

You only rely on their help articles because when you reach out to their support, they will just direct you to those articles.   If you’re not tech savvy, or don’t have the time, this is not for you.

The work around is to use an external HTML editor and then cut and paste and make sure never to use the WYSIWYG HTML edit feature they deliver because it's broken. But they will deny it's a bug.
