What is All Hours?

All Hours is a cloud-based time and attendance tracking solution that helps enterprises monitor employee activities using a time clock. It comes with an administrative dashboard, which enables managers to view employee statuses, and approve/reject leave applications on a centralized platform.

Organizations can utilize All Hours to record employee attendance and working hours in a built-in timesheet, in order to streamline payroll processes. It lets managers track the GPS coordinates of employees using geofencing, and send daily clocking-in reminders through alerts/notifications. Users can automatically categorize recorded time into paid presence, paid absence, unpaid presence, missing, or vacations, and export generated reports in Excel or CSV format.

All Hours enables enterprises to configure work time settings based on company policies or office hours, and sort through employee records to find specific profiles using the search functionality. It helps users maintain chronological audit logs of employee attendance in compliance with GDPR regulations. Administrators can send invitation links to multiple employees via email, and grant profile access to team members to allow them to add comments on events or recorded time.
