BalancedComp enables human resource (HR) managers to build labor budgets, analyze employee salary ranges, generate data import summaries, and create job descriptions for open positions. The centralized dashboard allows recruiters to locate pay disparity by analyzing staff data through job classification, performance level, minority status, current position, and supervisor information.
The platform helps managers monitor and handle employee performance via feedback sessions, content planning, comments/notes, custom objectives, training modules, project tracking, approval requirements, and pre-made text suggestions.
