It makes employee very happy to be praised infront of their team mates and everyone tries toperform good inorder to get recognized. We have made it part of our Performance Management System.

This is such an amazing tool to have your employees feel incentivized and acknowledged. M, in my personal life, a huge gamer, so this kind of is like a real life Achievement counter.

It awesome how Bonusly helps to create awesome office environment with proper peer-recognition in a fun way. I also like that it integrates well with Slack.

I feel like bonusly give's coworkers a chance to interact with one another while on the clock at work, kind of could send a quick fun message along with some points to make someone smile.

Bonusly is a very good app to show your employees how valuable they are for the firm. It's a great feeling to get recognition for your good job.

We implemented it in our office and it provided an easy and fun way to get and give recognition to people for their hard work and accomplishments, or just fun things that happen around the office.

I love being able to save up my cheers bucks and spend them on the things that I want in our company reward system. Being able to have it integrated into Slack makes it super easy to use regularly.

Super easy to use and fun way to give employees much deserved recognition. Fosters great working environment with coworkers praising each other for their hard work.

Very fun and easy to use. Getting actual money value from the points is also great, but having a way to show and receive appreciation from co-workers is great.

For now I could not be able to find anything to dislike about this platform. Maybe if you have integrated with Slack, notifications can be very annoying if you have notifications on for that channel.

The customer service is outstanding. They get back to me immediately and they are always so pleasant.

I love bonusly for the fact that you can reward your colleagues for going above and beyond in the work place without having to use my own money.

It has intuitive User Interface due to which even first time users can use it fairly easily. Sending messages among team, giving points has been really fun and great social building mechanism.

It has also made management more responsive to behaviors we deem to be positive, meaning rewarding those who are working hard quickly.

Its too easy to abuse and give out bonuses for stupid reasons.

Don't think you should loose the points you don't use at the end of the month.

We've been using Bonsuly for a few months and I have yet to have a complaint.

Customer support is strong (And needed for initial setup).

Ah, we give admins the ability to determine the monthly allowance that best suits the team. That said, I'd suggest reaching out to your admins to start a dialogue regarding the monthly allowance amount.

It's great to send and receive Bonusly points and then redeem your points for vouchers for spending at Amazon and major high street stores, tickets or giving it to charity.
