Never had an issue- they fixed the reporting which used to be hard to find.

peer to peer award system with little admin for us

Pros

The app is easy to use for our employee. They are notified when they get more points and usually reminded at the end of the month.

Cons

maybe the reporting, while easier to find, it's a bit of a struggle each time I run quarterly reports.

Time recognition, employees engagement, custom rewards specific to our needs

Pros

It's a great tool for timely recognition that should never be underestimated. Our favorite part is funny gifs, Bonusly is our little social media wall thanks to them! It makes the process fun and motivates others to review all the rewards and be up to date with others' achievements.

Cons

I would suggest to add Notes space to custom rewards so employees can mention for example what day they are requesting for time off. Sometimes it gets difficult to track.

There's something for everyone, the software is easy to use, there are several useful reporting options, and everyone loves the GIF feature.

Cons

I haven't really come across a negative feature yet. This meets all of our needs right now but I look forward to future updates.

A great way to recognize peers in real-time!

Peer engagement across Canada and the USA - a great way for employees to give CHEER to their PEERS wherever they happen to be working that day.

Pros

It's easy to control posts as an Admin, and to request that staff include certain words, hashtags or values into their posts.

Cons

I would like to see more filters for Admin reports: filter 'common words' by a date range so I can go back to my staff over a period, same thing for bonuses given and received, rather than just 'past 90 days'.

Customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. Real time activity feed and easy to use interface for admins to manage users and rewards.

Cons

Create a dashboard for admins to use to monitor team activity. Need more solutions (such as removing ways for users to interact with Bonusly directly) for custom integrations where users don't use the Bonusly interface.

The rewards catalog is great and provides a variety of rewards, intuitive program for our employees to use it easily, the reports that come out of it are pretty good as well.

Cons

I feel as if there are certain things that must always be done on the back end, and as an administrator I feel as if I wish there were more control on my end instead of having to reach out to Customer Support. Reports are good but still some reporting features that are lacking.

Amazing tool to show recognition

This allows people to give quick and fast kudos and reviews that mean something to a lot of employees. Seeing a higher up in the company give points to someone for doing more makes it more appealing and understanding that the little things are being looked at.

Employees love it - we have a 95%+ usage rate among our employees, and everyone seems to love the sense of community it helps foster.

Cons

Integration with Slack could use some work - the usernames in Slack don't match Bonusly names which can be confusing.

Useful to see how colleagues (often in other unrelated departments) are working together. It brings people together.

Pros

Very easy to use, navigate and get to grips with. Brand new users instantly understand it and see the benefits of being an active user on the system.

Cons

On the admin side, the report building is not the most intuitive and sometimes take several attempts to get the correct data exported.
