It also makes processes such as surveys, performance reviews, and employee management much more efficient, and the ability to schedule surveys is also valuable.

It is a robust and well-designed platform that helps simplify many People Operations processes while still providing meaningful insights into employee engagement and performance.

One of the features I value the most is the integration with our HRIS, which helps keep employee data synchronized and reduces manual work for the People Operations team.

The current options move from "Does Not Meet Expectations" directly to "Exceeds Expectations", which can make it difficult to accurately assess employees who are consistently meeting expectations by not necessarily exceeding them.  

One limitation I have noticed is that once a survey has been sent to an employee, there is no simple way to fully cancel or delete it.

Culture Amp has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for both administrators and employees to navigate the platform without extensive training.

That in culture amp the feedback i give is not visible in other platforms at least in my current setup.

First, the reps several times over tried to steer me into an explanation of why our site administrator, not Culture Amp staff would be the person to talk to about changing our survey questions. When I finally convinced someone familiar with the survey bot that I was not talking about any custom survey of our own, they explained that the survey bot responses are not captured with a link to any individual user who submits respoinses - they are only catured and analyzed in aggregate.

Given the annual cost, I think it's a given it should be offered.

We've been happy with the tool after running one large company-wide survey and a couple of smaller ones.

Culture Amp works hard to make sure employee data is kept confidential.

For example, to support a 360 review you are required to build and manage two separate reviews (Peer + Upward & Self Reflection) and run them concurrently.

Very user friendly UI, easy for employees to fill their goals and add reflections.

However, I managed to figure it out after further research!

From a high level view, it seems to integrate the right components in a reasonably intuitive  structure There is ample room for customization.

This is one of the most user friendly software that integrates top quality analytics to gain insights onto the employee performances while ensuring that the user interface is easy to use and is available to employees at all levels in the organization.

They are not the business they once were when it comes to knowing and supporting their customers and are more concerned about getting a deal signed than actually making sure their product is the right fit for your business.

I think, this is a good tool to measure the engagement and check whether employees are engagement and vice versa.   

Their proposal was to not use their product and instead have us build the grid ourselves entirely outside of the platform manually.

E-mail notification received on weekly basis for 1 on 1 and unable to conduct 1 on one meetings periodically when receiving notification each and every time due to time / work schedule constraints.

Furthermore, the necessity to reopen the entire review period to accommodate a single individual extension is ridiculous.

I naturally suggested that in that case it might be prudent of them to remove the question about whether Culture Amp can contact us about that response, since they appear to have neither the intention nor the means.
