Fastilog is a SaaS solution that offers complete autonomy in the management of human resources for HR departments, managers, and employees. Using six GTA and HRIS modules, Fastilog centralizes all the data required for the proper functioning of a company.

The software can be used to create a digital file for each member of an establishment. These files enable the HR department to access all the personal details of each employee, as well as their expense claims, bank details, etc. In addition to viewing existing documents, the software can also import new ones, while authorized managers can complete and update file information.

The "Time & Activities" module offers the collaborative management of schedules and working hours. Employees can visualize their schedules and check their computer screens while their superiors plan the team's working hours. Users can also validate employee absence requests, which workers can request via a mobile app after consulting the leave balance that they have available.

Fastilog calculates overtime and all other working time indicators automatically. In order to generate payslips, the HR department can then export this data to the payment tools. The program can also arrange for the reimbursement of expense claims – completed by a manager – reimbursements that an employee can check and follow up on in real-time.
