As the company MD I can oversee my consultants progress, set individual kpi's and generate useful reports. The system is easy to use and a fantastic management tool.
The team are quick to respond to queries and I love how you can highlight recommendations to make it better and they listen. Everything all in one place with a papertrail that covers all your tracks.
Just overall it has been a great experience from first phone call (the pitch)4 years ago to integrating it with a new website last month. Great service, good product and great value.
Pros
While the workflows are helpful, I found the greatest value in the resume parser with the ability to generate custom, branded resumes quickly with pre-defined templates.
Overall the price makes it a real winner. The HR features and the ability to track the whole hiring process, makes the price one the best in the industry.
I really liked this ATS - I compared with other options and all features seemed to be better organized and structured. It's really the best option out there.
Cons
As with all software there is in initial learning curve, but once you are past this I would say I have no other negatives I can think of.
You have to keep everyone on them and it is frustrating when you want to take one off.
Initially we struggled on the temp side as it didn't allow us to input an hourly rate, only a day rate.
Cons
But fair warning their QC is BAD and you will spend a lot of time showing them how their product does not work. Value for Dollar is good but if you expect this software to grow with you forget i.
No Dark Mode - For every application I use and utilise dark mode due to bad eyes. Unfortunately this is not available for Zoho Recruit.
There is always a problem in the integration of this software with Microsoft Office 365 Outlook.
