Pros

I was amazed because it is a great product for nothing. They are open that they'd like to set you up with their benefits provider.
The onboarding process is great on the new employee side. The staff have welcomed my feedback when I give it, which I appreciate.
The customer service is by far the best feature, as they're responsive even after hours and always willing to help.

Pros

It is also great that when we note something that could be improved the development team takes it seriously. We have been on the system for about 4 years and it continues to improve monthly.
I love how user friendly EN is. It is streamlined in design, user friendly and so popular, we offer to set it up and train our clients on how to use it for their day to day business needs.
The only thing I love more than this software are the people at the help desk. If I run into any issues I can call.

Cons

I have no comment for this. Never had an issue to dislike anything.
If you are looking for a one stop HR portal - look no further than GoCo.
From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.

Cons

One little mistake can cost the employee or employer grief if they pull payroll deduction reports.
Setting up the plans for Vol STD and Vol LTD can be a little tricky and you really need to pay attention to the plan "rounding rules. Failure to do so will result in inaccurate employee costs.
The time off feature never worked--the number of hours came out wrong for almost all employees & requried a 14 day waiting period from policy creation to activation.
