Infotemp is a cloud-based time tracking, payroll management, and analytics solution designed for teams and businesses of all sizes. The software includes web and mobile time clocks, leave management tools, GPS tracking, automatic document creation, customizable approval processes, and more.

With Infotemp, users can record working time through any internet-enabled device, including web browsers on desktops and laptops, smartphones, and tablets, with native apps for iOS and Android. Time can be tracked manually through start-stop clocking, and automatically using daily working time models with employees only required to record any deviations. Location-based time recording is also supported, using GPS to record time worked through the mobile apps only when the user is inside of a predefined area, and recording can also be started and stopped automatically when the mobile device is connected to a certain WLAN network or Bluetooth device.

Infotemp’s leave management tools enable the recording of all employee absences, including vacations, sick leave, and time balancing, and allow for upload of doctor’s notes. Approval documents are automatically created for absence reports, and when absence requests are approved, employees are automatically sent time settlement documents. A real-time overview of time tracking status gives users insight into which hours have been recorded, what percentage of hours are outstanding, and graphical representations of absent and present times. Reports can be generated and filtered with one click, and multiple filter configurations can be saved for later use.
