Reporting  - it's very difficult to pull actionable data from the platform based on how it's collected. If you want to include interviews in your reporting data, all interviews must be scheduled through the platform which we've had issues with, same with offers - to be tracked they need to be sent to the candidate through Jazz. When you clone and repost jobs to keep them at the top of job boards it counts as a separate job and that messes up reporting data.

Intuitive and simple interface

They say the intuitive design and logical placement of features allow them to manage tasks efficiently. Request to cancel → reply to a scripted email → choose between full cancel or a $19/month hibernation upsell → confirm you accept their data deletion policy, or your account “remains open” by default.

Default is continued billing. If you miss a step or don’t respond again, the account just stays open and you keep getting charged.

My low rating is entirely about their cancellation process, which feels unnecessarily difficult and very one-sided in favor of JazzHR.

Although there were some areas for improvement, JazzHR provided a solid foundation for our hiring needs and helped us effectively manage our talent acquisition efforts.

Over time, the product got worse and the price went up. And no additional features were added.

Also, I did find the payroll side of things a little clunky.

I cancelled my billing cycle, however I'm still being billed.

Takes a bit to learn the system, not readily intuitive.

I don't have access to any of their services and I'm still being charged.
