As a past user of RecruiterFlow a few years ago, I've used various CRM/ATS systems over the last 3 years since then, including Bullhorn, and JobAdder. Recruiterflow is, in my opinion, the easiest to use, with the best cost/features functionality and very strong support.

Job Adder is a great system that is constantly striving to be better than it was yesterday. With a finger on the pulse of what recruiters need, this software likes to stay ahead of the game.

The workflow function has saved me so much time and effort, and having all applications go to one place has pretty much changed my life. Value for money is outstanding.

Ease of use, intuitive navigation, not too complex nor too simple, great job board integration, constant improvements being made, excellent support.

Great for a smaller agency/independent recruiter who need a straightforward and inexpensive ATS option. It is well worth the cost and very easy to use.

Love a few integrations already available for recruiting. Love the step-by-step training options.

JobAdder is so easy to use, it's pretty self explanatory, you can figure things out by searching around. I love the simple layout.

I love the ability to quickly update information on candidates pulled into the search long list.

The usability, search function and the amazing customer support staff have made this product exceptional.

There were times at the start of using the software that the vendor took a little long to sort the problem we had an issue with. But this only happened once.

User design an experience is great. Easy to input data and then access it.

I'd love to continue to learn more ways to use it.

So far I have really enjoyed using the JobAdder platform and interacting with all staff both support and sales.

There is no playground where I am able to complete tasks.

At this stage (Sept 2019) there is no update from JobAddder as to when they will be able to integrate with the UK Job Boards in the same way as Broadbean etc.

Excellent, except for being able to call someone and get assistance.

The alternative is to switch the application form back on however we risk candidates not applying for vacancies if they are not able apply easily via the Job Boards.

Conversion over to Job Adder from our previous ATS was straightforward, we had to some database clean up, but nothing that was a challenge.

It was a good experience like i stated the customer service was always great they were always willing to help and sometimes we really miss that with our new ats.

I used a number of different CRMs during my 15 years in recruitment and I have to say that this is up there with the best. Very user friendly and easy to navigate.

In summary I really enjoy using it and it does not feel like another system on top of our working practises, it is seamless and a very useful tool to have.

It's been a really good experience so far. I would definitely recommend this product, particularly if you are a recruitment firm because it really is designed well for agency recruiters.
