LBi HR Helpdesk is a cloud-based HR management and call-tracking workflow solution that helps companies manage employees. The software offers a knowledge base with case studies and whitepapers on topics ranging from sales to engineering, designed to help companies train new employees. Companies can also upload their FAQs into the tool’s knowledge base or can build an entirely new one.

LBi HR Helpdesk provides an integrated helpdesk solution for case management, with employees able to submit their requests or queries via a portal. The portal assigns the case to the relevant department and issues a ticket to the employee who submitted the request. It also updates on the maximum turnaround time for query resolution and sends an email or a mobile alert when the issue is resolved. The tool’s customer service module also categorizes and prioritizes requests using color coding.

LBi HR Helpdesk provides an audit trail of all cases enabling supervisors and project managers to track changes made to a case along with the details of the employee who made the changes. The solution’s activity dashboard provides weekly or monthly reports of employees’ productive and non-productive activities with detailed analytics and metrics. Project Managers can export dashboard data in Excel or PDF formats for further analysis. With the tool, HR managers can also create employee feedback surveys and share the survey report with the project managers.
