Paycom was okay in scheduling, time reporting, time off planning, payroll administration but it did not work as well as the new product we use, Workday.

I took it for granted. We use workday now and I’m so mad now. It’s frustrating. I just wish they would improve their education portion.

Thank you for the review! As you mentioned, our onboarding tool is one of the most powerful tools in our solution. It makes onboarding new employees much more efficient and faster.

Could potentially measure up to other providers like Workday, if they made it more international and more user friendly. Things aren't in a clear place (hence the comment about UX). There is little logic to the "position management" system, and you end up having to repeat processes to change or update employee information. A promising product but with some changes to go.

I like working with it. The interface is clean and uncluttered, I can quickly enter time, request a day off and look at my pay stubs. Transitioning from Paycom was really pain free except we did not get charged for health benefits the first pay period and got ALL of it charged the subsequent pay period.

When researching Paycom the only negative review I seemed to come across was difficulty with the software.

I don't know if it is a glitch, or user error, but when I try to add an in/out punch for a lunch break if an employee forgets to clock out, it sets it as an in/out punch for the day.
