This is a very great ATS system if you are looking for a simplified way to manage your candidates. There are other ATS that I was going to consider, but once I seen the demo and the excellent price I committed myself to a 3 year contract.. 

Very excellent ATS

You may want to investigate our Resume Inhaler, which is a desktop app for Windows that does allow you to parse resumes into the system automatically from email. We are looking at ways of doing that without a desktop app in the future.

It is an applicant tracking system that I started using regularly (after intensive training) in June 2016.  The software is pretty user friendly, once everything is set up.  It took them a while to start the training (not sure if it was circumstantial or if this is regular practice).  Then, it took a little while to get everything set up for the connections between the PCR and the web and email extensions.  Once all is set up, it’s relatively easy to utilize, however gets a little cumbersome when you need to make changes or add fields, etc and training is a must.

Tracking applicants...it was an improvement from not having an ATS

i have been able to create a mass mailing program to reach out to all my contacts at the same time with the touch of one key. This tool along with tracking of job orders and applicants  has been paramount for a small executive search firm agency trying to compete on the world stage. 

Support has been outstanding, Technical support to get up and running has been fantastic

Pro Tool, good for CRM or ATS or both.  Surprising number of different kinds of organizations use it.

PCR helps us track overall sales metrics and tie it to sales revenue for our Search division.  Because of PCR we are able to keep over our current clients and business development targets updated real time for our team across the country.

My organization is an RPO company in which we engage multiple clients.  In most of these engagements, we bring an ATS solution.  We use PC Recruiter as our primary system. We have worked with the team from PC Recruiter for almost a year now and have had great success with their ATS. Overall we are very satisfied with the functionality and features of the system.

If I was looking for a cost effective ATS for a smaller company, I would purchase PCR again as long as I wasn't going to ask it to do to much. 

Middle of the Road Product

Overall, as a recruiter software, I'm not sure there's a better product on the market. There needs to be some basic features to the platform, however, if PCRecruiter is going to compete in the ATS market.

Great recruiting software - needs some improvement as far as being a comprehensive ATS

PCR has gone from one of my most dreaded resources, because it was a lot to learn, to one of my most valuable resources. I find it much more user friendly than other ATS applications.

I would highly reccomend this product to anyone interested in taking ones respective recruiting / talent managemtent business to the next level. They are one of the few vendors left that actually listen to what users want / need. 

A must have!!!

Super Versatile web based program

I use PCRecruiter every day to track my outreach, responses, candidate submittals to clients, interviews, hires, etc. I am strictly in a recruiting role, so I don’t typically add much information under “company”, but I think it’s also an important tool for the sales team to keep up to date. 

I know I mentioned this above, but I think two of the greatest features is the ability to upload candidates directly from Linkedin, and the ability to email clients/candidates through PCRecruiter. You are able to stay very organized which leads to increased efficiency and more time to talk to candidates.

In addition to the system working very well with Outlook and LinkedIn, it has a great mobile interface that makes navigating the system on the go a great option.

I love the various specific options it allows you to choose from as well as the ability to choose what stage in the interaction process you are in with different people.

Roll-ups for recruiting future candidates is a great feature and easy to use. Ability to create forms (attachments) that are automatically emailed to select group (accounting, compliance etc).

All the different downloads - launcher, java, outlook, resume inhale. If I forget to do one on our employees' computer, it can be a headache.

I like that it integrates well with LInkedIn and ZoomInfo and that you can add names to the PCR database with the click of a button. The duplicate feature is helpful too.
