Overall - ZipRecruiter is easy to use, this is a good tool for those who are starting into the recruiting field.
Zip Recruiter is easy to navigate, very user friendly. You can post jobs easily and can easily get matched with the candidates. You will be also notified if someone applied to your job posting so you can contact the candidates right away after receiving the application.
The system is not integrated with my current ATS so I have to add the candidates separately into my ATS.

It was fine. I like the month to month option. I don’t like that the program wasn’t compatible with our ATS like other recruiting software is. If you don’t mind using the ZipRecruiter ATS and do not have your own company’s based database, this is a fine option.
Ease of use. The ATS is easy to navigate.
Lack of volume for entry level candidates. We hire primarily general labor positions and ZipRecruiter doesn’t provide as much volume for general labor as they do skilled trades/candidates with degrees.

Pretty average as far as ATS systems go!
ZipRecruiter is fairly easy to use. We were able to post new roles easily and go through their resume database and find candidates that matched what we were looking for.
User interface isn't as user-friendly as some platforms I have used, but just takes some time to get to know it.

ZipRecruiter is easy to navigate to place job postings. I like that I am able to create knock out questions when I am not requiring the applicant to be pushed to the company ATS.
Not a good platform for hiring hourly restaurant employees when already using an ATS; works well for salaried positions as long as not pushing to the ATS. Not able to start and stop subscription online like it was before; requires a phone call to the company each time to stop.

The premise is good, it just didn't work for the organization I was working for.
It was easy to post a job and get it in front of candidates especially with their continual advertising campaign.
It was hard to review candidates in and the quality of candidates was less than we'd normally see through our ATS.

It is easy to use, my ATS will send jobs directly to it; very easy for candidates to maneuver through.
Jobs are not deleted after a certain time period. Allows for many position showing that are no longer available.

Ziprecruiter makes it easy to get my job out there fast, and lots of places at one time. It makes it easy generate job descriptions, and keep track of all our applications.
Currently we can't easily upload our Ziprecruiter applications to our internal ATS, so that has to be done manually which is tedious.

Overall- the platform is great and easy to use. This would be a great platform for anyone not experienced in the talent acquisition space. I wish it was integrated with my current ATS for ease of use.
It's very easy to use. The dashboard has everything you need throughout the recruiting lifecycle. I had no issues learning the system or finding candidates.
I wish it was integrated with my current ATS. I get emails whenever a candidate applies. Hard to go between two systems.

Overall I think ZipRecruiter really helps streamline a lot of the hiring process. Great userability and custimer service.
What I like most about ZipRecruiter: - The interface is easy to use - Especially helpful in filling entry or lower level positions - ATS compatability
What I like least about ZipRecruiter: - Is not a great source for Middle or Upper Management positions - Can be pricey

I've been using it ever since I started recruiting and honestly I don't have any reasons to change. It has everything I need to hire quickly and screen the candidates thoroughly.
It's great how easy it is to manage job postings, gather info on candidates, and move them throughout the entire process under one ATS.
It freezes...quite a bit. It doesn't matter your internet speed or computer type, because i've tried them in different variations. It's a small inconvenience so I don't terribly mind.

ZipRecruiter is intuitive and gets the word out regarding our positions. Candidates can apply both via email as well as straight into our ATS.

I would not recommend to other recruiters. It is too hard to manage and use with other applications or a ATS system.
The price of this tool is much more reasonable for employers than other job boards!
It is extremely easy for candidates to apply. Even candidates who do not meet the qualifications, like having a Bachelor's degree, can apply to our jobs. There is a ton of sifting through applicants. I get one good application for every 30 job applications. Those odds are pretty poor. I bet it would be a better tool for lower income/educated candidates. It is difficult for multiple users to see where another recruiter left off. It's hard to tell who has been reached out to and who hasn't.

Overall, I enjoy using ZipRecruiter. Having the ability to sponsor an ad for as little as $50 is helpful when I have positions with a small budget.
I like the fact that we have the ability to post on ZipRecruiter directly through our ATS. This helps us have a more streamlined process.
I feel I sometimes get candidates that are not even close to meeting the qualifications of the position I post.

I do like the ability to ask very personalized questions, have a dedicated representative and the new ability to integrate with an ATS.
It populates to many different job boards, even LinkedIn, so you are paying for hundreds of places and yielding high results of applicants.
The resume are not always complete. Searching has to be paid for separately for a number of candidates which is not uncommon.

ZipRecruiter makes it simple and easy for us to take a job posting live, and manage applications/candidate reviews, before moving candidates forward into our central ATS.
ZipRecruiter, as with many similar products, is yet to be a one-stop shop for us. As candidates also have a wide variety of options to utilize, we leverage multiple tools like ZipRecrutier in our recruitment and talent management efforts that all funnel into a central ATS.

Since weve implemented ZipRecruiter 6 months ago now, it has benefited us somewhat, getting us 4 candidates.
ZipRecruiter is a powerful Job Site that can also be administered as a ATS work queue. Once all of the features are understood, it is quite straightforward to use
Not easy to learn, and it takes a while to benefit from all the features. My biggest concern with ZipRecruiter, is its inability to really refine the geography of the candidates (best it can do - is to offer candidates within 100 miles from your location - which is way too wide)!!!

If you’ve used any job boards, ZipRecruiter should be a breeze. It is easy to post jobs and works well with our ATS. ZipRecruiter has brand recognition, so a large user base, which means the candidate pool is relatively diverse. It also means that the Resume Database is a valuable resource.
Because I use an ATS, I don’t get much benefit from applicant tracking/interaction. It would be nice if the Resume Database uses were renewed annually instead of monthly.

We have been successful with this product. It was super easy to integrate with our ATS. It remains one of my favorite on-lie Job Boards!
This product is super easy to use. The menus are simple to figure out. Account information is set right up at top so there is no guessing as to how many resumes you have access to. The billing is straight forward - love the plans and cost is reasonable!
There hasn't been too many issues using this software product. I do not like that my Account Rep calls me monthly to 'scold' me on the amount of time my position has been open and how magically he can help fill it for me... I realize that it has nothing to do with the great Software product. (He's a nice guy, but I really don't need babysitting or 'help'. We just exchange email pleasantries after 6 months. )

ZipRecruiter is quickly becoming a primary player in the ATS and Job board industry. It has a reputation that only continues to grow in the recruitment and staffing world.
ZipRecruiter is so easy to use - whether you are the administrator or the candidate looking for a new opportunity, it is captures postings from various sites and puts them in one easy to navigate area.
Although it is not a con - the amount of information on ZipRecruiter can be a lot so you have to narrow down your search results to what you are really searching for.

The experience has been great as it pertains to implementation and integration. As far as satisfaction of service delivery that has been midcore at best. We get very few applicants from the platform.
The ease of use as it integrates into our HRIS. All applicants are automatically transferred to the ATS platform and we are able to process the recruiting process internally from there.
Very few applicants. We use multiple job boards/platforms. ZipRecruiter is the least effective of them all.
