I appreciate the transparency in data presentation that Performio offers, which enables managers to quickly obtain accurate summaries and speeds up the approval process.

With Performio, we can provide administrators with accurate compensation figures for closed deals and expected deals in a friendly and dynamic manner.

Although I didn't discover any drawbacks to using Performio, I have found its interface to be a little complicated.

I think that performio is a great product that makes is easy for sales reps to view the commission and pay stubs they should receive, as well as keep them on track with their goals month over month

What I most like is being able to track my sales day to day, seeing where my commissions are stacking up.  

Performio gives me a great overview to my commissions, which can be a bit confusing since we have a complex commission model.

I've been learning the software for the past 6mo. and at times, don't feel like I have the clearest picture of where my sales are at vs. my quota and what my payout is going to be.

I love the ability to monitor my reps closed won opportunities and have clarity around any disputes that arise.

Visibility for my team, letting them check out their own sales and making sure it lines up with the commission being paid.

Most of my accounts have a Main account "Parent"  and all of the locations that fall under the parent "child accounts".  

It gives my sales team the opportunity to view their commissions and adjust any discrepancies.  

Previously to using this software, I had to manually calculate my commissions to know what I was making.

i dont like the draw calculations it feels like i am getting a double draw and getting ripped off , but i was told it was the way its done and it is calculated correctly

It shows commission clearly and it's good to have the button where i can download by excel to do further analyze.

It also keeps a target with multiple graphs and gives a clear idea about the consistency of your performance.

Not very easy to learn, some of the filter fields arent clearly visible on the page, corrections/approval process doesn't offer a lot of visibility

It doesn't show our full number at first and you have to look multiple places to see your number.

It is never accurate, which could be the admins fault but it sucks when you're trying to budget your pay and you really don't know how accurate the figures are.

I do not like how it is organized verses how our plans are set up and I do not like that I can see what is pending for the following month.

Sometimes cataegoris don;t update immediately, but are usually complete by the time we need to submit claims.

Clearly shows how the commissions are created which is important because of the various rates we have on different products.
