Pontotel is a cloud-based time and attendance and workforce management platform designed for Brazilian companies. It centralizes the employee journey from time capture to payroll closing, helping HR, payroll, managers and employees reduce manual corrections, monitor attendance in real time and maintain reliable audit records.

Employees can clock in from Android and iOS mobile devices, tablets, computers or shared workplace devices. Available verification controls include facial recognition with liveness detection, geolocation and geofencing, trusted-device and IP validation, QR code, PIN and NFC. Offline clock-ins are stored and synchronized automatically when the device reconnects.

Pontotel automates the calculation of worked hours, overtime, absences, delays, night-shift premiums, compensatory time and time-bank balances according to configured schedules, policies and collective bargaining agreements. Teams can manage shifts, requests, adjustments, approvals, vacations, tasks and labor costs from a centralized platform.

Managers receive real-time visibility into attendance and exceptions, while collaborative workflows allow employees and managers to review and approve time records before payroll closes.

For connected HR operations, Pontotel provides documented APIs with secure authentication, a native integration with Sankhya Pessoas+, and data exchange with payroll and ERP systems through APIs and standard files such as AFD and AEJ. Existing REP-C clock data can also be imported through recurring FTP synchronization.

Pontotel operates as a REP-P system and is designed to support compliance with Brazil's Portaria 671. Its information security management system is ISO 27001 certified, and personal data is handled in accordance with Brazil's LGPD. Available access controls include OAuth, multifactor authentication and optional single sign-on, supported by traceable activity and audit trails.
