Pros

“It has a solid ATS for all hitting process, the tool are use-friendly and interface save lot of time, Candidate management a so smooth and can set different type of question based on each job post which make is more good for different type of jobs and hiring departments.”

Saqib A.

Lead Developer

“Its the one recruiting tool used at the company and works across all departments and roles (hiring process is flexible, can be configured to the necessary stages).”

Christoph B.

COO

“It has been able to capture 90-95% of the Recruiting process, many ATS tools have been developed by non-recruiters and that is evident.”

Bart C.

Head of People and Culture

Pros

“What I like most is the integration of the job page being able to be linked directly to your LinkedIN to draw candidates to apply which automatically saves their details on the database”

Eric A.

Founder

“The posibility to track candidates, add them to hot lists, assign tasks, and manage back and forth the candidates's pool among the different statuses.”

Diana G.

Recruiter

“Recruit CRM is highly valued for its intuitive interface and customizable workflows, which make managing candidate pipelines and client communications efficient and user-friendly.”

Paschalis G.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Cons

“Integrations with some tools, like LinkedIn Recruiter, tool a long time and still feel very clunky - after you posted from Recruitee you need to fix it in LinkedIn and if you want to change the job text it doesn't yet properly update through the link”

Bart C.

Head of People and Culture

“Our ATS won't work with Indeed which essentially makes Recruitee a useless platform as we have to constantly add positions through Indeed and then link them back to Recruitee, wasting a huge amount of time saved with Recruitee.”

Tim W.

Marketing Manager

“I have had a terrible experience, I wish I read the reviews beforehand, please stay away unless you enjoy being messed around with customer service bots and get nowhere after days and days.”

Faisal M.

Owner

Cons

“I wish that we see more clients and candidates per page, it is a little frustrating having to load a new page all the time.”

Paula A.

Director

“Some features take a little time to get used to, and a few areas still feel a bit buggy, especially search, but that may be because I’m still learning the deeper functions.”

Tony R.

Executive Recruiter and IT Support

“More thing is that the candidate's page, the resume file does not auto update to the most recent resume submitted.”

Jason O.
