What is Skeddule?
Skeddule is a cloud-based scheduling solution that helps security businesses of all sizes manage staff roster, create invoices, generate incident reports, and more.
The software allows users to create client profiles with single or multiple locations, customize client information fields, and synchronize data across sites. Users can set payroll and invoicing rules, including overtime rates, service level billing, and location or staff overrides. Skeddule’s dashboard allows users to view, sort and publish open shifts to all or a selected group of staff. The mobile application enables shift confirmations, reminders, and geo-located sign-ins and administrators can also set automated staff check-ins and set frequency according to different time intervals.
Skeddule identifies employees eligible for overtime prior to shift publication and redistributes shifts across staff. The platform also allows users to upload images, videos and rosters in bulk and submit incident reports.
