QuickBooks Time vs Jibble Comparison

I needed simple, cost-effective software to track my employees' hours at our shop. Jibble works, and is free!

Nothing so far. I really just needed a simply time-tracking software for 4 employees. I need to see if Jibble can interact with Quickbooks for payroll.

Jibble is a very effective tool when it comes to time tracker, activity reporting and payroll calculation. My overall assessment is that it is easy to use and cost effective

It can consider integrating the app to other popular clouding solutions such as Xero and QuickBooks

Features like time tracking is the big one. It's how we see who is clocked in, who is not, how much we pay, etc.

There really isn't much. I'd like to link it to Quickbooks which I think I can now.

The software packs so many features in a simple way. Always exited to see the new update since they release high impact updates frequently.

This is not a dislike, but on top of my wish list: lack of integration with Quickbooks and lack of features for self certifying and approving timesheets is what could make me love it even more.

The time accuracy and the ability to clock in using mobile devices.

The bugs pop out from time to time. There are time that it will be inaccessible during the clock in time.

Convenience and easy to use, especially for monitoring attendance of our employees who were assigned to work from home.

It is very straightforward to time clock your time.

The mobile app that does not have the clockin feature yet.

Time tracking and Time off module both are good.

In the app when you are checking out in jibble time field is disable so you cannot change the time even when you forgot to checkout.

Cost, easy to implement, easy to use. time sheets

Time off requests still needs work, need to be able to add time off hours into Jibble manually, vacation time doesn't track well the way we accrue time off.

It helps me to track my time and share time tracking with management.

I can't recall any disadvantages or anything I like least.

I like that it is easy to track my time. I also like how convenient is it to adjust time and track my colleagues time.

I dont like how the app doesnt always register when I clock out

I can not modify some specific functionalities

I love the fact that it works with our mobile phones and we can track time in and time out from anywhere. Plus features like facial recognition and location ensure the credibility of the time in and time out of employees.

I wish there was an auto-time out feature or at least a reminder for the user to time out before the day ends.

Ease of use, personalization options, and reporting. The app is very user friendly, easy to install, assign, adjust settings, and track.

-Not able to incorporate deductions, pay rate, vacation & personal/sick time, bereavement, etc. -The Excel reports are not formatted very well and have to be adjusted per our time-periods.

It's a good tool that allows me to Time Track my work time for the company.

For what it's supposed to do I don't have any complains.
