UKG Pro does not seem to have a support team that is scalable to meet the needs of administers like myself who often ran into issues with features of UKG Pro, such as UKG Pro Learning, which is their digital LMS platform. While I appreciate that they have a support specialist team to communicate updates or give you a timeframe on how long it will take to research an item, it takes awhile.

The reporting is complex but once you get the hang of it, there are so many custom reports that you can create, there are many data points that you can extrapolate data from and gain valuable insights on your workforce.

There are many end users who primarily use their mobile phones and will not use a computer; it is critical for the mobile app to provide all of the same options as the online version.

The software also allows real-time applicants tracking and all candidate management processes.

In my opinion, PUK Pro is best suited for organizations that have dedicated HR/Payroll staff and the time to properly implement and maintain the system to it's full capacity.

However, unresolved issues with vacation time accrual rollover — despite repeated escalations and a missed support deadline — ultimately undermined our trust in the system.

What I liked most about UKG Pro is that the system is user-friendly, with clear interface that makes navigating HR tasks simple.

The integrations and APIs don’t always flow smoothly or quickly, which creates gaps in the end‑to‑end experience.
