Vaipe overview
What is Vaipe?
Vaipe is a platform for climate surveys and employee engagement. Based on a methodology of continuous testing and evaluation with a company's team, the software compares results obtained with the market and presents the final data compiled in its platform for managers' analysis.
The tests and questionnaires are sent to employees by SMS or e-mail. There is a space for employees to explain their answers, if necessary, and also an anonymous chat in which the company's managers can answer and communicate with someone specifically, if necessary. For analysis purposes, the results obtained by Vaipe are divided into filters, such as department, gender, and age; and the software performs a comparison with the national market so that companies better understand the issues of engagement of their team in relation to the Brazilian average.
The follow-up of results can be done in real-time on the platform, and each company has the chance to determine if it prefers to use Vaipe's methodology, formed by more than 50 climate questions, or to include its own questions.
