Pros

“The automation features have saved us a ton of time in our hiring process. and interviewing. And also candidate interviews can be scheduled by connecting our official email which most helpful which make work easier and we can keep proper track of each candidate.”

Soumya S.

Recruiter

“The ability to collect structured feedback and reviews from interviewers helps improve the quality of hiring decisions, and features like scheduling, templates, and customizable stages save a lot of time. While a few advanced features could be more flexible, Workable remains a reliable, efficient, and user‑friendly ATS that supports a modern recruiting workflow from start to finish.”

Eromal R.

Network Engineer

“From the very start, it's clear that Workable was designed with teams like ours in mind — intuitive, ease of implementation, feature‑rich, great candidate sourcing capabilities, and built to scale. If you’re looking for an applicant tracking system that helps you hire faster, collaborate effortlessly, and grow with confidence, Workable is a standout choice. And when you're supported by an account executive as thoughtful and proactive as [sensitive content hidden], it becomes a truly powerful recruitment partner.”

David N.

Head of Human Resources

Pros

“The data and insights provided, view of candidate pipelines, the integration with third party platforms.”

Andy O.

Recruitment Business Partner

“It's a great platform for tracking the application status and with a variety of resources for job seekers.”

Aroob A.

Web Developer

“SmartRecruiters gelped alot with our recruitment processes and our candidate profile was very easy to access”

Yewande O.

HR Coordinator

Cons

“The only problem i faced is that I am unable to upload bulk sheets or add bulk comments. Since we do the screening and add HRBP comments in comment section if there was a system to bulk upload HRBP comments this would be easy”

Ayesha K.

HR Generalist

“You have duplicate applicants for different roles, which is tricky they do attach them together in the corner so you have to remember to check. If you're searching passive candidates, you cannot add notes unless you add them to a live job, which makes no sense at all.”

Yvette S.

Talent Advidor

“It seems like it takes up a lot of RAM on the computer, though some of my colleagues don't report this issue so may be my computer but it doesn't do this with other sites/tabs. When typing, it almost freezes and takes a long time for the information to appear and so to limit mistakes, it is best to type on Notepad and then copy and paste it in later.”

James C.

Recruitment Advisor

Cons

“Some of the different task like creating reports and reviewing schedules/interviews could not be customized.”

Bhumi H.

Operations Specialist

“They deleted the account for all team members, the job post that we had and all the information about the applicants, while we still had the openings, so that meant we lost all follow-ups, CVs, all communications with almost 80% of the applicants, their customer service have not given a response yet, we called them, no one available, all day long, no one!”

Mario E.

Quality Manager

“One other drawback was that some candidates were rejected, and they were still able reapply reversing the first/last name. ”
